Two new bands from our CMS Showcase who blew us away, and we just had to offer them their own night. The Arcadias bring high energy surfy, bluesy, punky, alternative rock originals. Twin Fire are an alt rock band packed with grunge heavy riffs and melodic hooks.
Punk and New Wave classics, including Jam, Stiff Little Fingers, The Specials, Sex Pistols and many more.
The very best of 80s and 90's British guitar pop, rock and indie classics. Expect some Blur, Pulp, Oasis, Suede and even some older British anthems that influenced the genre.
Jarrow based South originals songs, from this pop-rock outfit. With a sound that’s equal parts energetic, melodic, and laidback, The Filth has been making waves with their superb storytelling matched to relatable lyrics and catchy hooks.
While we're waiting for a rescheduled Skinny Molly, the always excellent Jay Johnson and his lovely lady have agreed to come and entertain us. This is a new one for our calendar, but we couldn’t turn down such an opportunity.
This fantastic Iron Maiden tribute band blew us away on their Tuns debut, and have become mainstays at the City Hall Christmas Rocks. Thankfully they still come back home to us, Whether you prefer Di'Anno, Dickinson or Bailey, If you like Maiden or NWOBHM in general this band are not to be missed.
A two band night, headlined by international punk band The Dead Pollys, all the way from Sweden to make their Three Tuns return. Ably supported once again by Tuns regulars Snide Remarks, this night is a punk great combo.
High energy 5 piece, bringing popular songs from the 80’s onwards. Blondie, Bangles, Billy Idol, Undertones, A-Ha, Kim Wilde and many many more. Whether you want to dance the night away, sing-along all night or sit and toe-tap with a pint, they’re guaranteed to leave you smiling after a great night.
Perhaps the region’s top punk band, and definitely among our Tuns favourites. Expect The Clash, The Damned, Sex Pistols, SLF, UK Subs and more!
